MSVBVM50.DLL Dependency in VB6 Compile

There are MSVBVM50.dll dependencies even in VB6 edition. For now, not all PCs have MSVBVM50.dll, for example me :). So this can be easily replaced with MSVBVM60, removing such unneeded dependency.
