Cannot drag showing Menus with mouse held down

One kind of menu behavior that I almost treasure with menus is the ability to click a main menu button, have a menu displayed and then without releasing the mouse button slide throught the menu items until reaching a desired menu item and only then releasing the mouse button for activating the ButtonClick event asigned to a specific menu item. This is not possible in the CommandBar control at the moment.
