Removing a Band can destroy the child toolbar

The office docking bar does not restore a captured window to its original parent when a bar is removed, which causes the window to be destroyed under certain circumstances. This is evident when you remove a bar that contains one of your Toolbar controls, because that destroys the toolbar. This does not seem to happen if you undock the bar, or dock it to another container, and then remove it, though.
