If (bSizeGrip) Then lStyle = lStyle And SBARS_SIZEGRIP Else lStyle = lStyle And Not SBARS_SIZEGRIP End If

It should read:

If (bSizeGrip) Then lStyle = lStyle Or SBARS_SIZEGRIP Else lStyle = lStyle Xor SBARS_SIZEGRIP End If
