Added Watermark and Title Icon properties.

Titlebars in Search mode can now wrap onto more than one line.

Control can now be resized horizontally or vertically at runtime and items are wrapped correctly.

Currently the title bar height is fixed. In Windows Explorer Search bar, the title can wrap onto multiple lines if it is too long.

This has now been added. The code has also been refactored to remove hardcoding of title bar heights so the title bar height is now persisted as part of the internal ExplorerBar object. This means in the future the same functionality could be provided when in standard style too.
